This unmounted Kundt's Tube is perfect for showing the wavelength of vibrations in air in a closed tube by depositing lycopodium powder at the nodes.

The tube is approximately 33" long, 3.5" wide, and is made from quality glass. One end contains a tightly fitting cork piston that is adjustable and attacked to a metal rod. The other end contains a loose fitting piston attacked to a rod.

The tube is unmounted and comes with a sturdy wooden base which measures 43.25" by 3.5". The base has stoppers underneath to prevent slipping and sliding, and the full setup stands 3.25" tall.
